It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
For plush Christmas gifting
You’d better be lifting this lovely thing here!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
I spent 10 minutes trying to rhyme 'year' with something better than 'here' but one can only write so many songs and this, I suppose, is not one of my best works.
NONETHELESS, the Christmas Deluxe Box really sings for itself!
In the Christmas Deluxe, you will find:
- 1 x mystery Folio Society/decorative book, wrapped up beautifully in festive wrapping (recycled and recyclable, of course)
- 1 x full sized savoury sharing snack (we’re looking at very fancy crisps here, and I for one will not be sharing them)
- 1 x full sized festive chocolate bar (Montezuma’s Candy Cane, anyone? Or Gingerbread oat milk chocolate?)
- chocolate coins! The nostalgia!
- 1 x full sized tub of hot chocolate
- 8 x festive teas, including Bird & Blend Gingerbread Chai
- 3 gifts (one for each king, I suppose?):
incense (*frank*incense - see what I’ve done there), an incense ash catcher (not technically made of gold, but there is some gold detailing on them, so it works) and a beautiful sari wrap (myrrh? I don’t know what myrrh is)
- a charity Christmas card which can be personalised with your own message.
You’ll also find a selection of Christmassy extras throughout your box, from the handmade bookmark featuring festive quip and colours, to the trappings and little touches. It really is a lovely thing.
Basically you’ve got everything you need to settle in for a completely gorgeous, aesthetically pleasing, planet-friendly evening, in which you can immerse yourself in a fug of Christmas smells, tastes and bookish nice times. Instagram could never.
There are only 30 of these boxes, so don’t delay! When they’re gone, they’re very much gone.
The Christmas Deluxe Box
The books we use are pre-loved and, as a result, some of them can vary in terms of condition. We clean the books we use and only send them out if we deem them to be acceptable to receive. Please note that some of the books may show signs of age (don’t we all), and there is the possibility of some slight foxing or, if you’re really lucky, perhaps some annotations or gift messages in them from their past owners. We think this is part of the joy of second-hand books, but if you are very particular about this then do drop me a note in the box and we’ll make sure to find you something more... shall we say, youthful.
